In far northern South Africa the picticuresque Soutpansberg formely known as the Zoutpansberg, lies Crystal Salt CC at the western end of the range. An age old source of brine exists. Brine is pumped up from boreholes into evaporation pans. With our warm African sun, a natural evaporation method creates our coarse salt crystals.
